Sczensy v. Murphy Four fully vaccinated nurses were fired from their jobs at Hunterdon Medical Center because they chose not to take booster. Two of the nurses were injured by the first series of shots and one nurse was pregnant at the time she was fired. Awaiting a decision from the Third Circuit.

Murphy, Chief Justice Rabner, and Judge Glenn Grant In this suit, 26 teachers, school nurses, bus drivers, state auditors, and judiciary staff are challenging Executive Order 253 and the judiciary medical test mandate, which forced workers to undergo weekly medical testing in violation of the 4th Amendment). On appeal in Third Circuit.

Smith v. Biden- challenging President Biden's executive orders 14042 and 14043, the federal employee mandate and the federal contractor mandate. It was fully briefed and waiting for the Third Circuit to rule mid-December 2021. In May 2023, the government moved to dismiss the appeal as moot. That motion is currently pending.
