DISCRIMINATION BASED ON DISABILITY RELATING TO FACE COVERINGS
Ms. Wefer is currently litigating cases concerning discrimination against disabled people and people who cannot wear face coverings for medical reasons. People who are unable to wear face coverings have had people follow them around stores, yell at them, and call the police on them because of their inability to cover their faces. Disabled people are often being required to disclose their private medical information to strangers in order to gain access to a store or other public accommodation. If this describes your experiences over the last year, call Dana for a consultation.
